About Me

Reflexology in West London and Bath

I trained at the Central London College of Reflexology where we studied the many practical and theoretical aspects of reflexology in-depth as well as anatomy and physiology. I passed the Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology in 2008 which entitles me to be a Full Member of the Association of Reflexologists and use the letters MAR after my name. I am fully insured.

Since graduating I have continued to develop my practice by undertaking CPD courses and have completed a Maternity and Fertility course with Louise Keet, Clinical Skills at the Royal Free Hospital in north London with the Jex Blake school, Baby and Toddler Reflex and Spinal reflexology amongst others.

Before becoming a Reflexologist, I worked for 28 years in magazines and publishing, and for ten of those years as the Editor of Homes & Gardens magazine. But even during that time, my interest in complementary therapies was always the backbone of the way I chose to take responsibility for my own health and well-being and that of my three (now, quite grown-up) children, not to mention my husband!

I would be happy to discuss any aspect of my treatment with you before you book an appointment. My first session with you would be approximately 90 minutes because I take a detailed medical history in order to be able to treat you holistically. Sessions afterwards are approximately one hour. No removal of clothing is necessary, just your shoes and socks. It's not ticklish, something that often worries people. It's relaxing, energising and powerful.

I currently work from my practice room in Bath and also from the MediSpa at the Hogarth Club in Chiswick, London W4.
